  • Legal representation of local, regional and international companies and enterprises before government and non-government entities in all matters.
  • Providing necessary legal consultations to commercial companies and enterprises in the matters related to commercial and investment laws and regulations and corporate laws.
  • Establishing an appropriate legal and administrative mechanism to strengthen the relationship between the investment companies, holding companies and their subsidiaries.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements and the related matters, such as (commercial cooperation agreements), (memoranda of understanding), (memoranda of association of companies and partners’ decisions), (agreements of sale, purchase, rent, mortgage and investment), and (amicable and judicial settlement agreements).
  • Carrying out all necessary legal steps for the (registration and liquidation) of companies and establishments, and completing the necessary procedures related to the processes of (sale, purchase, merger and conversion of legal entities).
  • Applying to obtain necessary legal permits and licences to practice business in KSA from various government entities such as the Ministry of Commerce and Investment and other concerned entities.
  • Registering names, trademarks and commercial agencies on behalf of national, regional and international commercial companies and enterprises.
  • Ensuring the compliance of the administrations of commercial companies and enterprises with the laws, rules and regulations.
  • Managing pre-litigation stages such as negotiations and meetings, as well as presenting and submitting filing proceedings.
  • Legal representation of the commercial companies and enterprises in all stages of liquidation, by attending sessions before competent Courts and first instance quasi-judicial committees and supreme committees.
  • Legal representation in the cases related to the (transfer of ownership of shares), (claiming the handing over of lists, financial books and other documents) or (recovery of shares) in limited companies, as well as the cases of (transfer of ownership of shares) in closed joint stock companies.
  • Initiating claims arising from the (dismissal of the director/directors) and the compensation resulting therefrom.
  • Legal representation in the cases of (names, trademarks and commercial agencies) before all Courts, committees and official entities.
  • Preparing legal due diligence report on the commercial companies, establishments and enterprises.
