Legal Services in the Finance and Capital Market
- Providing consultations related to the financial market laws, implementing regulations related to the market behaviour, the licensed persons and other relevant laws, rules and regulations. Representing companies, financial institutions and investment banks associated with the Capital Market Authority before all government and non-government entities and providing necessary legal consultations for the same.
- Drafting and reviewing trading agreements in the Securities Market such as (the agreements of opening and managing investment portfolios) and (trading agreements through the communication means) such as Internet and others.
- Providing legal opinion concerning swaps agreements between the national companies, financial institutions and investment banks on the one hand and the foreign investors, companies and investment banks on the other hand.
- Initiating claims and cases brought by/against companies, financial institutions and investment banks before competent committees and courts.
- Assisting joint stock companies in applying the Corporate Governance Regulation issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority and ensuring the application of the disclosure and transparency policies and procedures.
