Legal Services related to Labour

  • Providing necessary legal consultations to commercial companies and enterprises in all that is related to labour laws.
  • Drafting agreements of (supply of operational manpower) and (employees’ contracts) at commercial companies and enterprises and other entities according to the labour laws and in a way guaranteeing the rights and obligations of both parties.
  • Establishing and adopting (internal labour regulations) to ensure proper performance inside the commercial companies and enterprises, in a way that is consistent with the labour laws, implementing regulation and relevant decisions.
  • Representing commercial companies and enterprises before all judicial entities whether First Instance Courts, Appeal Courts and others in all that is related to the cases of (compensation), (termination of services) and (claim to return to work).
  • Establishing legal arrangements and procedures related to the (reduction of number of employees), (settlements and quittances) related to the end-of-service benefit and all other compensation and entitlements. 
  • Assisting in the procedures of (internal investigations) of the employees of commercial companies and enterprises at light of the Saudi Labour Law.
  • Ensuring that the commercial companies and enterprises and all their workers comply with the rules and regulations governing performance.
  • Representing commercial companies and enterprises in the cases filed by the Public Prosecution concerning the (violation of the Articles of the Saudi Labour Law) and the decisions related thereto.
