Legal Services related to Contracts and Governmental Projects
- Studying administrative contracts related to the government projects between the government on the one hand and the businessmen, commercial companies and enterprises on the other hand, such as the contracts of (constructions), (contracting), (supplies), (services), and (build-operate-transfer BOT) contracts.
- Stating rights and obligations and clarifying all legal aspects during the preparation or review of administrative contracts at light of the (Government Tenders and Procurement Law).
- Representing commercial companies and enterprises before the (Committee for Compensation of Administrative Contracts) and the rest of judicial entities such as administrative Courts and quasi-judicial entities, i.e. specialised committees and arbitral tribunals.
