- Referring to the competent judicial entities in order to (adopt the executory force) of the judgments, final decisions and writs of execution in order to start the executive procedures.
- Submitting and following the implementation applications before the official entities in KSA such as the Saudi Execution, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Notaries, Capital Market Authority and other relevant competent entities.
- Submitting appeals, objections and petitions to competent judicial, administrative and executive entities for the (stay of execution) of judgments and judicial, quasi-judicial or administrative decisions.
- Carrying out the necessary legal procedures to apply (sequestration) and/or (distrain) on the properties of individuals, companies and other enterprises that are in default.
- Carrying out the necessary legal and regulatory steps to follow the (public auction procedures) through Courts.
- Implementing arbitral awards issued by local, regional or international arbitrators.
